Surf'n'Fries is a fast-food franchise, originally from Rijeka, Croatia with numerous open locations around the world. In the process of redefining visual identity, our task was to set standards for interior design and retail outlets equipment. The solution is based on typed modules. Three basic groups are planned in the open space: open kitchen, customer space with wave element and consumption space with hanging tables. The solution introduces natural materials that are compatible with the brand philosophy. The basic challenge was to make an attractive solution that will be accepted in various parts of the world (the franchise operates in Vietnam, Norway, Ireland, Austria, Russia, South Africa, Australia, UAR,  and with the potential to North America ...). For now, the reactions are extremely positive.
